Choptank Renovations is a sole proprietorship owned by Fran Roux and operated out of his home on Whitehall Road outside of Cambridge, Maryland. Fran has 40 years of construction experience starting with a Degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute in Boston. He spent the first seven years in heavy industrial construction in various inspection and supervisory positions. The next eight years he was self-employed in the residential renovation and cabinetmaking trade, and the last twenty five years in commercial construction as the lead superintendent on multi-million dollar building projects. |
